Happy 4th of July to all our family and friends!  We know that many of you will becelebrating Independence Day by enjoying the great outdoors. Below are a few tips to remember this holiday weekend.

If you are going to be outdoors, you definitely want to take measures to reduce the risk of skin cancer.

Don't forget to apply sunscreen for your skin and your lips.

Choose a pair of sunglasses that give your eyes ample coverage and that block both UVA and UVB rays.

Wear clothing that cover your arms and legs.

Wear a hat whenever possible.
